Choose the right options according to your needs:

UEFI only:

Partition scheme: GPTTarget system: UEFI (non CSM)File system: FAT32

Legacy BIOS only:

Partition scheme: MBRTarget system: BIOS (or UEFI-CSM)File system: NTFS

Dual UEFI + Legacy BIOS:
